The Puppetmaster

In which Michelle and Hailey are a little creeped out by “The Puppetmaster,” but still manage to discuss the many significant implications of the episode. They also ponder the implications of a Certain Crush, imagine Katara going up against each of Ozai’s Angels in correspondence with a different skill set, and miss Zuko. They conclude with their longest News section yet, and, if you can believe it, become even more excited about the coming Avatar films than before.

Very interesting episode… I was actually shocked that the idea of blood bending did not sprout up in earlier episodes, as it was mentioned (I think on the actual Nick site) that water benders could control the movements of any thing with water in it. I am also surprised that Aang didn’t get control back because of his ties with water bending. I know he was not born a water bender, but think about what the guru said to him when Aang rejected fire bending (you are the avatar, by nature you are also a fire bender)
Oh, and I think I might have missed it, but did Sokka’s sword make the awesome list? I think we saw his sword more this week than in ‘Sokka’s Master’ episode.
Keep up the great work, and I can’t wait until the movies are out…

Nice discussion. I might not be the first to mention this, but there is one mistake: The frozen ship is not from the pilot episode, but from the first official one, ‘The Boy in the Iceberg’.

Actually Qi, I think they were right. “Pilot Episode” means the first episode aired. So you guys are basically saying the same thing
Great episode guys!!! This is my favorite podcast!
